Ocean Beach Road is a rural major collector that is a significant connection between the northern coastal communities and beaches in Grays Harbor County. This includes the rapidly expanding Seabrook community near Pacific Beach. The proposed project would realign and widen a section of Ocean Beach Road that includes two substandard horizontal curves, bringing it up to current standards.
