The Shelton Valley Rd. has two 36" diameter concrete structures to be replaced. The fish bearing culverts are annually plugged by sand and gravel which causes water to over top the road surface causing a hazard to the traveling public. The existing concrete culverts are undersized for debri flow and fish passage. The culverts will be upgraded to a concrete box to match the stream width and the low profile of the road. Down stream channel work will also need to be performed.
