Johnson Cut Off Road is a vital link to US 195 for the farmers south of Pullman. This road along with Johnson Road is also used as a detour route for US 195 if there is an accident that closes the highway. These roads are in need of roadway structure in the form of an HMA overlay as they are showing signs of distress from heavy truck loads during harvest and yearly freeze thaw cycles. This project will provide for an HMA overlay as well as minor safety improvements.
