The Starbuck bridge has a sufficiency rating of 16.47 and is structurally deficient. In 2012, the bridge was reconfigured to one lane to handle legal loads. This project will replace the existing structure and approach roadway. The new bridge will be a single span pre-stressed concrete structure.
