Hanks Road is a farm to market road along with being a collector for residential and wine industry traffic. The deficient vertical curves and the slow agriculture traffic creates an unsafe condition with traffic not having enough time to stop. The proposed improvement would correct all deficient vertical curves and widen the roadway to the required width.
