The proposed project will replace one substandard 25 mph curve and three substandard 30 mph curves with one standard 40 mph curve. The terrain is rolling and the existing roadway meets current vertical alignment standards. The existing roadway is 24 feet wide and will be rebuilt to the standard 34 feet width with a new structural section to provide a 20 year design life.
