Okanogan - Loomis-Oroville Rd Drainage

Loomis-Oroville Rd is the only paved access to the community of Loomis, connecting this ranching, logging and orchard area to Hwy 97, schools, and the rest of the world. Whitestone Creek crosses Loomis-Oroville Rd three times in the limits of this proposed project in deteriorated 30" CMP culverts. These culverts are rusted through at the water line where they are visible for inspection. WDFW regulations require that these culverts be replaced with structures with a 9' span. Replacement will include roadway safety features meeting current design guidelines.
