The road is a main access to I-82 for several residents. It is heavily used for farming and agricultural activities.
The road was narrow, had roadside safety hazards, and deteriorating pavement. It was the last segment of the No 6 road that needed improvement.
The road was widened in appropriate areas, roadside hazards were removed and or mitigated for, and the pavement was rehabilitated.
