Omak-Riverside Eastside Rd serves residential and agricultural properties on the Colville Reservation. It also serves as secondary access to the town of Riverside and the Tunk Creek Valley.
Omak-Riverside Eastside Rd was reconstructed over 20 years ago to include standard shoulder widths and engineered base. Over time, it had developed wheel path rutting that held water and ice, causing safety concerns.
This project's main accomplishment prelevel and an overlay to correct the wheel path rutting. Culvert end hazards were also mitigated.
