2027 Level Up Conference
We are bringing together all of the latest training, education, and networking for GIS and road design staff under one roof for the first time!
We will be gathering at the beautiful Holiday Inn Richland on the River on Tuesday, May 4th through Thursday, May 7th for a full line up of hands-on learning and networking opportunities. If you are designing or managing the road and infrastructure assets that are the backbone of Washington’s economy and communities - then this is the conference for you!
Two conference tracks will be available:
The GIS-Mo Transportation Asset Management Track will help you deepen your knowledge of tools including ESRI Mobile, Event Editor, VUEWorks, WorkForceVUE, receive hands-on, in-person training from experts, and troubleshoot software issues.
The Road Design Track will give you a look at the latest and greatest technology updates, software developments, industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting road design.
Both will provide ample opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with peers who understand the challenges you face every day.
We know you will have questions, so mark your calendars, keep an eye out for more information, and always feel free to reach out!
How to Register
Registration for all county attendees will open later this fall and will be managed through a third-party vendor. The two conference tacks will be capped due to space constraints, so be sure to look for the registration opening announcement email in the coming months!
Accommodations
The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Richland on the River located at 802 George Washington Way Richland, WA 99352. Please remember accommodations are the responsibility of attendees; hotel reservations must be made directly through the hotel online or by phone at 509.946.7611. A room block number will be provided after registration opens.
Food and Beverage
Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the conference and hors 'd'oeuvres during social events, but dinner is the responsibility of attendees. Richland has many restaurants available within walking distance to enjoy meals with your fellow conference attendees. If you have a large group, we recommend you make reservations in advance.
